Run for Tibet training

Dear Good People,

I am feeling extra bendy today. I am just about to go out for a light jog at my local park. I have started on my Rocky diet of egg whites and chocolate. In two weeks I am hoping to transform into a muscular machine.

Hopefully see you all at the starting point on Saturday 9th August, ready to provide water and oranges.
